We are looking for volunteers to assist with all tasks pertaining to the Drive-up & Walk-up Food Giveaway through G7 Food Bank.

Volunteers must be able to lift 20 – 30lbs, be able to stand up for the entire shift, and be able to participate during the entire shift. Dress code is professional and comfortable. Volunteer registration for each shift is 72 hours.

Tasks may include:
-Unloading and sorting delivery, organizing, sorting out food to Freezers, Refrigerators and Storage;
-Assembling food boxes and loading food boxes in vehicles;
-Help process vehicles and collect household information from clients; and
-Assist with traffic control to ensure the distribution runs smoothly.

Please note: The sorting and assembly is at the church location 3041 65th St Sacramento, Ca 95820. The distribution site is right behind the church building at 3004 Redding Ave, Sacramento, CA 95820.
