Active members are invited and encouraged to participate in Advisee Meetings with their assigned group or may attend any meeting that works for their schedule. Please RSVP to the Board Director directly so they can plan accordingly for space. The purpose of Advisee Meetings is to provide active members the opportunity to share their opinions and vote on issues in a small group-forum. Board Directors run the meetings and are to remain neutral during these meetings. They are allowed to clarify information; however are not to give their opinion.

During a subsequent Board Meeting, the Board will vote on members’ behalf (if were was voting matter). At a Closed Board Meeting following the Advisee Meetings, Board Directors will anonymously report the advisee group feedback. The Board will determine action plans and changes (if necessary) based on feedback from the membership.
